Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, senior associate or counsel with six years of experience to join our nationally recognized Employment and Labor practice in either its San Francisco office. Ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas : At least six or more years of experience with counseling and defending both (1) single-plaintiff employment cases and (2) class and collective actions in wage and hour cases and class wide allegations of unfair employment practices;Experience counseling and advising employers in employment matters, including discipline / discharge, discrimination / harassment, restrictive covenants, ADA / FMLA compliance, and wage and hour issues;Experience taking and defending depositions, managing written discovery, and drafting and arguing motions;Experience drafting complex class and collective certification opposition briefs;Experience drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, position statements, employee handbooks, and other employment-related documents.Must be barred in California.Base salary $295,000 - $360,000, depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
