Team Lead Attorney - Pre-Litigation DepartmentCareer Consulting Partners has partnered with a premier personal injury law firm in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Team Lead Attorney to manage and guide our dynamic pre-litigation team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a team of pre-litigation case managers, paralegals, and junior attorneys, ensuring the efficient handling of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.Provide legal guidance on case strategies, negotiations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client care.Conduct detailed case reviews to assess liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and maximize case outcomes.Monitor case progress, set team goals, and ensure adherence to deadlines and firm protocols.Stay updated on legal developments in personal injury law and provide training to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California (in good standing).5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on pre-litigation.Proven leadership or management experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful settlements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & BenefitsBase Range : $180,000 - $225,000Medical, Dental, Vision Life and AD&DAflac College, Tuition Benefit, Flexible Spending Accounts Wellness EAP Support401(k) Savings PlanPet Insurance, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday PayPaid parking at the office or paid monthly transportation stipend for alternative transportation.Start to accrue vacation and sick days on their first paycheck.No waiting period for holiday pay.Location : Los Angeles, CA (90010)
