Position: 50/50 Raffle Manager – Los Angeles Rams Foundation

Duration: April 2025 – February 2026 (NFL season)
The Los Angeles Rams Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and organized 50/50 Raffle Manager to oversee the 50/50 Raffle fundraising program during the NFL season. This role will serve as a passionate ambassador for the raffle and the Rams Foundation’s mission to support the Los Angeles community.
The 50/50 Raffle Manager will be responsible for launching, managing, and closing out the raffle at all Rams home games at SoFi Stadium. Availability is required for all home games (typically Sundays, with occasional Mondays, Thursdays, or Saturdays). Key responsibilities include leading a team of raffle ticket sellers, coordinating sales efforts throughout the stadium, implementing raffle sales technology, scheduling staff, tracking sales, providing weekly updates to staff and supporting raffle promotion and post-game recaps.
The 50/50 Raffle Manager must be available 5 hours before kickoff and remain onsite until raffle operations conclude. Weekly hours will vary based on the game schedule and will require at least one day on-site at SoFi Stadium leading up to gamedays.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead set up and preparation for gamedays.
- Clearly communicate raffle details and objectives to sales staff.
- Supervise raffle ticket sellers and provide technical support.
- Provide post-game recap reports.
- Prepare raffle equipment (hardware and software) ahead of seller arrivals.
- Assist with post-game breakdown, equipment collection, and gathering feedback from raffle sellers about operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in 50/50 raffle sales or 50/50 raffle program management preferred.
- Background in managing and scheduling staff or volunteers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in diagnosing problems and offering technical assistance in a fast paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire and engage a dynamic sales team.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, based on the Rams’ home game schedule.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds throughout shifts
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour.
