JOB DESCRIPTION
The Building Administrator with the Los Angeles Rams will provide administrative support to the organization in a variety of assigned responsibilities, tasks, and projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all whom they interact with. The role will be onsite at our Woodland Hills Practice Facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB:
- Update, maintain and communicate building calendar and news board.
- Coordinate with facilities staff on facility maintenance and vendor scheduling. Includes maintaining and updating items not limited to facility signage, nameplates, mailboxes, etc.
- Coordinate and serve as point of contact with security on visitors and visitor policy.
- Handle mailing, shipping, and receiving functions for the facility.
- Manage inventory and restocking of facility supplies for all departments.
- Manage room availability and scheduling meeting requests at the facility.
- Greet and escort guests in a friendly and professional manner as needed.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all facility events throughout the year. Including assisting in planning, coordinating, and communicating any events or productions taking place at the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for departments and executives as needed.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a sports environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be able to multi-task and problem solve in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires extreme professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Displays excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Requires ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- High school graduate or equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work onsite on weekdays from 7am-5pm and may be required to work on weekends and holidays, particularly during the football season (August to February).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
SALARY RANGE: $20-22/hour
