What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Intern position at The Los Angeles Rams?
The digital intern will assist the digital operations team in maintaining the team’s website, mobile app, YouTube channel, and departmental needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Update the team website and app on a daily basis, including but not limited to publishing articles, videos, podcasts, photo galleries, and app stories.
- Assist in uploading and optimizing video content on the team’s YouTube channel.
- Send push notifications from the mobile app and website.
- Select photos for posting on team website and social channels.
- Manage digital streaming of all press conferences on the Rams' website and social channels.
- Lead in generating creative digital concepts and exploring trends in emerging digital technologies -- delivered in a monthly Digital Report.
- Assist with various tentpole events as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Previous content management system experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in web and product design.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with titling, thumbnail creation, and Search Engine Optimization for the YouTube platform.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and requests.
- Ability to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility.
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working both individually and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and outside of regular work hours.
Pay Rate: $17.28/hour.
