SUMMARY: As Administrative Support Manager, your primary responsibility is to assist in the general administrative tasks of the assigned location and any other guest related services. You will help manage our entertainment concepts in fast-paced environment in a extraordinary venue complete with restaurant, bar, cafe and cinemas. The Administrative Support Manager works as part of a team that regularly supports and assists each other and works under the general direction of the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Accomplishes administrative objectives in support of all business areas.
- Cash Handling system in place and adhered to on shift.
- Vista Ticketing Point of Sale Proficiency includes but is not limited to; Ringing up Tickets, comping tickets, swapping tickets, refunding tickets, creating, and refunding memberships, selling special tickets, selling and redeeming paper Marketing and Re- Admit Passes, selling gift cards, redeeming points.
- Vista Back Office Proficiency includes but is not limited to, auditing a teammates POS Usage, Credit Card Research, Writing Grids and changing status' in Showtimes. Pulling reports on revenue, cash handling, receipts.
- Assist in inventory with Managers.
- Support the Corporate Payroll process, entering the employee working hours, timecard approvals, sick days process, and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Accomplishes administrative objectives in support of all business areas.
- Enter invoices into THE LOT's software program
- Assist in overseeing day to day operations
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Work as a team, assisting with all Guest and Team Member needs.
Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing daily priorities without constant direction.
- At least 2 years of experience in large, complex operation with strong focus on hospitality.
- Cinema/Theater experience a plus but not necessary
- Food & beverage experience a plus
- Vista knowledge preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to make great judgment, decision making, and conflict resolution skills with guests.
- Solid communication skills, self-confidence, and professional maturity.
- Oversee a team or assist in managing a team.
- Qualified to execute thorough plans to achieve quality F&B product at the site level while maintaining focus on guest and staff relations, and facilities management.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English.
- Available to work flexible Full-Time hours including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability with respect to timeliness, attendance, follow-through, and ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to learn preferred skills as needed.

Salary : $68,640 - $70,000
