E3 Hospitality, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is looking for a passionate, motivated, and hard Working individual to join our team as a general manager. You will be given the opportunity to show leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit in running the operations of the restaurant, and will be reporting directly to the owners.

Job Duties of the Restaurant General Manager:
- Develop the management and hourly staff
- Manage service and operations.
- Responsibility for the financial performance of the business- with a focus on increasing sales and managing expenses
- Ensure employee satisfaction through maintain a strong culture and positive morale.
- Maintain strong floor presence and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Honesty and integrity in all things
- Ability to attract and develop a quality staff of "A" players
The restaurant is located where the old Three Peaks building is and is currently being renovated. You would be joining an experienced restaurant group with 16 years of experience in the business.
