What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Campus Store Student Worker position at The Lovett School?
Reports to: Campus Store Manager
Schedule: Temporary; July 1 - August 13, 2025; Summer Hours
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and/or purchases
- Accurately inventory current and new products
- Process and fill in products for the sales floor and stockroom
- Work as a team member to ensure great customer service and to ensure tasks are completed on time
Position Requirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow up required
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously
- Superior employee service skills, including the ability to be an excellent listener and be sympathetic to employee/customer concerns
- Flexible with work schedule and hours during workday
- At least 14 years of age
