Loan Processor / Loan Partner

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with loan officers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
• Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
• Process loans in accordance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agency and Government guidelines and loan origination processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather additional information or clarify details as needed.
• Collaborate with loan officers to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial services that may impact loan processing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in credit analysis and familiarity with financial services terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate calculations related to loans.
• Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
