Position: Part-Time Literacy Intervention Specialist
Location: In-person, South Miami

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literacy assessments using IMSE OG and ACADIENCE tools.
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills.
- Deliver one-on-one or small-group sessions that foster confidence and mastery in literacy.
- Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and team members.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Active Florida Professional or Temporary Teacher Certification.
- A commitment of at least 6 month to ensure continuity for students.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications).

- Weekday shifts, 3.5 hours/day—no weekends!
