What You Will Do
Lead the charge for excellence in property management to clean and maintain some of the best properties in town!
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely order with the highest level of quality
- Clean and maintain all grounds areas
- Clean move-in, move-out, and vacant units
- Routinely clean common areas around property
- Trash removal
- Snow removal and property grounds cleanup
- Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds
What You Will Need
- Willingness to perform with quality and high integrity
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor elements
- Performance attitude and willingness to "do it right the first time"
