This Porter Maintenance Specialist position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including trash removal and snow removal
• Clean and prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Ability to lift, bend, and push/pull up to 70 pounds regularly
• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
