What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective property management for the best properties in town!
- Effectively lead, direct, and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties
- Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
- Budget and manage leasing sales
- Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
- Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to provide excellent service
- Frequently sitting, standing and walking. Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs
What You Will Need
- Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry)
- Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
- Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
- The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
- Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
