What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Portfolio Manager position at The Lund?
What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective property management for the best properties in town!
Effectively lead, direct, and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties
Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
Budget and manage leasing sales
Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
Train, coach, and mentor staff to provide excellent service
Frequently sitting, standing and walking. Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs
What You Will Need
Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry)
Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
