Part-Time : Physician, Group Medical Visit FacilitatorRequired Skills & Qualifications :
- California Medical License, MD or DO.
- DEA Certificate, CPR and Board Certification.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team. __
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. __
- Available to work dependable, flexible shift. __Description of Duties :
- Supervises residents, mid-levels, students, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.
- Group Medical Visit : Facilitation, curriculum development, training, and operational integration.
- Population Health Equity Physician.
- Helps develop the model of care for GMV.
- Teaches and instructs faculty, residents, and staff in GMV operations and function.
- Supervises and runs the GMV program with residents and staff.
- Examines, diagnoses, treats and / or refers patients assigned to physician's panel.
- Keeps and maintains appropriate and accurate records and patient charts.
- Other duties may be assigned.Salary Range : $100-125 per hour
