Description
Our care community is searching for a Housekeeping team member to provide excellent cleaning services to our residents. We're looking for an individual who truly cares about making our community the best home possible for our residents.
- Part-Time Position: 16-22 hours per week
- Three Days/Week: Typically 7am - 2pm
Housekeeping Responsibilities and duties:
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas thoroughly on a rotating basis
- Change linen and make-up residents' beds as needed
- Collect and remove trash
- Collect and transfer soiled laundry from the neighborhood
- Alternating weekend and holiday schedule
Qualifications
- Two to four years of high school is preferred.
- Basic everyday living skills, the ability to understand and follow directions (operation of equipment, sorting of soiled linen into specific categories) and the ability to read, write add and subtract (maintenance of accurate records) is required.
