The Luxury Bed Collection in partnership with Vispring is searching for a dynamic person to lead Sales & Business Development for their first monobrand store in the Dallas market.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first to open our showroom doors in the Dallas Design Center at the beginning of April. Construction is currently underway with completion scheduled around opening events in April-June.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand Vispring’s presence in the Dallas market.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships within the industry to enhance brand presence and reach.
- Tailor sales strategies and experiences to meet the unique needs and preferences of our discerning clientele.
- Stay abreast of market trends and develop targeted marketing initiatives to engage Vispring's ideal customer base.
- Represent Vispring at events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to showcase our offerings and establish a prominent presence in the luxury market.
- Strengthen client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture client data and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue.
- Enhance client experiences through effective management of administrative tasks and showroom presentation.
- Embody the Vispring brand as a passionate ambassador in the community
- Enhance client experiences through exceptional hospitality and store amenities.

- Experience in luxury retail or related client-focused roles
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business development.
- A strong affinity for premium sales, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to strike a balance between closing sales and cultivating lasting customer relationships.
- Relationships & connections to the design & greater Dallas Community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
