Your Role
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our daily operations while bringing creativity to how we sell and market our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Store Operations: Open and close the store, ensuring smooth operations.
- Sales & Client Assistance: Provide personalized service, build lasting relationships, and help clients find their perfect luxury items.
- Creative Selling & Marketing: Think outside the box to boost sales, whether through visual merchandising, tailored client outreach, or innovative in-store and online marketing strategies.
- Photography & Social Media: Assist with styling and photographing products for our website and social media channels. Collaborate on campaigns that showcase our luxury inventory in fresh, engaging ways.
- Website Management: Write detailed and engaging descriptions for online listings.
- Special Projects: Support inventory management, merchandising, and other creative or operational tasks.
What to Expect
- Shifts: 8 hours.
- Schedule: Must be available every Saturday and 1-2 additional days during the week.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced in retail but also genuinely enthusiastic about the industry. Creativity and passion for selling luxury goods in innovative ways are key.
- Experience: This cannot be your first retail job. We need someone with a proven track record in sales and retail operations.
- Luxury Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury brands and products is essential.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and creativity in selling and marketing. Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
- Professional Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean record: No felonies and able to pass a background check
