Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Building Engineer role located in Denver, CO. The Building Engineer will be responsible for Building Maintenance, Plumbing, Maintenance & Repair, Facility Management (FM), and Preventive Maintenance tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Building Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Plumbing expertise
- Experience in Facility Management (FM)
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Relevant certifications or licenses in the field
- Minimum of High School diploma, trade school certification preferred
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
