Job Overview:

As our Creative Content Producer & Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. You will be responsible for creating, directing, producing, and editing both photos and videos, all while keeping a pulse on social media trends and algorithms to maximize engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision & Content Development: Develop and execute creative concepts for photos, videos, and written content that align with our brand’s goals, resonate with our audience, and reflect our brand’s identity across various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, marketing materials).
• Production & Editing: Direct and produce high-quality content (photography & videography) from concept to final product. Edit photos and videos with a keen attention to detail, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across all content.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with the team to align content strategies with overall business objectives. Assist in both real estate photography and branding projects to enhance visual storytelling.
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, boosting online visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Social Media Management: Handle the day-to-day management of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating compelling posts that engage followers, promote brand awareness, and drive growth.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and audience growth.
• Multitasking & Deadlines: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Real Estate Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends within our industry (real estate) and adjust content strategies accordingly to remain competitive and relevant.
• Transportation & Flexibility: Must have access to reliable transportation for location shoots and meetings. Willing to commit 10 hours per week to content creation, editing, and social media management.

Experience, Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in media content creation or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing published work in photography, videography, and social media management.
• In-depth knowledge of photography and videography techniques, along with hands-on experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and management, and a solid understanding of social media algorithms and analytics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience in e-commerce writing, particularly in crafting compelling product descriptions and promotional materials, is a plus.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail, ensuring error-free content delivery.
• Ability to adapt writing style and creative content to fit different target audiences and platform requirements, with a keen understanding of current social media trends, meme culture, and viral content.
• A proactive approach to learning new skills related to web content creation and staying current with digital marketing trends.
• Strong passion and vision for creative work, with a proven ability to bring ideas to life across various mediums.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio that demonstrates previous work in photography, videography, social media management, and digital content creation.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt resources as needed.
• Access to reliable transportation and flexibility to travel for shoots or meetings as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
