The Mad Apple Burger & Billiard Co. in Appleton, WI is looking for one part time evening supervisor to join our 505 person strong team. We are located on 3025 W. College Ave.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Monitors appropriate staffing for servers, hosts, and bartenders on the evening shift
- Monitors completion of duties of evening FOH staff
- Addresses customer concerns in professional manner to maintain positive relationship
- Offers service recovery when appropriate
- Ensures food served meets quality standards including appropriate presentation and temperature
- Ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant
- Attends biweekly management meetings
- Identifies training needs and facilitates training
- New staff orientation
- Communicates with staff through various methods.
- Completes necessary paperwork such as incident reports, disciplinary write ups, and pm manager reports.
- Promptly resolves any safety issues.
- Acts as server, host, and/or expeditor as needed for customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have 1 years restaurant experience as a server or bartender
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Primarily evening and weekend availability
