Part-Time Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.

We are looking for a rep to work every Sunday in the Summer from 10-2. As well as fill in when other teammates are gone.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Maintain stock levels by assisting with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining phone etiquette.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Contribute to a clean and organized store environment by performing regular housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on social media.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
