Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at The Mad Hatter, you will be the face of our company, welcoming customers with a positive attitude and a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:

• - Welcome and Professionally Engage Every Guest: Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• - Customer Assistance: Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• - Product Knowledge and Research: Conduct part and product research to assist customers effectively and continuously improve sales performance by using available learning tools and sales programs.
• - Communication: Communicate with customers personally, through email, and over the phone.
• - Vendor Liaison: Liaise with our vendors to ensure timely product availability.
• - Restocking and Inventory: Restock shelves and perform inventory counts.
• - Sales Approach: Use the company's sales approach to sell the full line of products and services, perform product presentations, and attempt to close each sales opportunity.
• - Order Entry and Administration: Complete post-sales order entry and administration processes.
• - Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain high levels of knowledge of products, promotions, and store sales functions. Learn the home fireplace, grill, and outdoor furniture industry to establish a strong understanding of the company's products and their positioning in the marketplace.
• - Reliable Attendance: Maintain reliable attendance.
• - Special Projects: Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
• Please note: Working on Saturdays is a requirement for this position. You will receive a weekday off and have Sundays off.

Salary and Benefits:
