About Us:
At The Made Clean Co., we take pride in delivering eco-friendly, top-quality cleaning services in Manatee & Sarasota Counties. We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Manager to oversee cleaning teams, ensure quality control, manage Team Leads & the Office Administrator, all Technicians, and step in to assist with field work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and support Team Leads & the Office Administrator
- Train, coach, and manage cleaning technicians for top-quality performance
- Conduct weekly meetings to track performance, address challenges, and boost efficiency
- Step in to provide field support in case of callouts, large jobs, or additional manpower needs
✅ On-Site Quality Control & Field Work
- Perform on-site inspections to maintain high service standards
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and quality protocols are followed
- Address customer concerns or service issues directly on-site when needed
- Assist with cleaning tasks when understaffed or during peak service times
✅ Scheduling & Operations Management
- Oversee and optimize daily schedules for cleaning teams
- Ensure efficient route planning & technician assignments
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery & reduce costs
✅ Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for high-priority clients
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively
- Support the Office Administrator with invoicing, contracts, and communication
✅ Financial Oversight & Supply Management
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and operational expenses
- Oversee inventory and ensure proper supply usage
- Recommend efficiency improvements to reduce overhead costs
✅ Growth & Business Development Support
- Work with marketing & sales to onboard new commercial clients
- Provide insights for expanding services and service areas
- Stay updated on industry trends, cleaning technologies, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years experience in Operations, Cleaning Services, or Facility Management
✔ Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
✔ Hands-on attitude—willing to jump in and assist in the field when needed
✔ Experience in logistics, scheduling, and workforce planning
✔ Strong quality control and client management experience
✔ Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational expenses
✔ Comfortable using cleaning business software & scheduling platforms
✔ Valid driver’s license (ability to travel between job sites as needed)
