Position Summary
As the Dining Room Manager, you will report to the General Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our dining room. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination and world-class experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Experience:
- Deliver unparalleled service by anticipating member needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Oversee dining ensure every experience exceeds expectations.
- Build meaningful relationships with members to understand and tailor services to their preferences.
· Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.
- Implement training programs to uphold service standards across all departments.
- Inspire staff with clear communication, support, and recognition of their contributions.
- Facility Oversight:
- Ensure the dining areas are impeccably maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address issues promptly.
- Regularly inspect the dining area to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor member feedback and implement initiatives to enhance services and experiences.
- Stay informed on hospitality trends and best practices, incorporating them into clubhouse operations.
What You Bring
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, or upscale dining operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to connect with members and guests.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
- Experience managing budgets
