The Madison Club is seeking a Valet and Transportation Attn to join the Valet Department.
The Valet and Transportation attn is the first and last point of contact for our members and guests. As such, it is critical that we create positive, lasting impressions for each person who arrives on the property. Valet is also responsible for the transportation of members and guests from a variety of offsite locations. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

The Madison Club is seeking a Valet and Transportation Attn to join the Valet Department.
The Valet and Transportation attn is the first and last point of contact for our members and guests. As such, it is critical that we create positive, lasting impressions for each person who arrives on the property. Valet is also responsible for the transportation of members and guests from a variety of offsite locations. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly, opening doors and assisting where needed
- Use a log to track all vehicles, passengers and golf bags that come through valet
- Communicate with multiple locations and departments to ensure timely service
- Transportation locally and out of town (L.A.)
- Keep all club vehicles clean, and stocked with appropriate supplies and maintain adequate fuel levels
- Anticipate member/guest needs
- Communicate with outside service to coordinate arrivals and departures for Members/Guests golfing on property
- Keep the valet locations organized and clutter-free
- Provide car wash services
- Work with Food and Beverage staff to keep apprised of reservations and when departures are expected
- Good understanding of facilities and residences to assist with food deliveries
- Other tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Outstanding customer service
- Organizational Skills
- Clean Driving Record
- A valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
