Magnolia Recovery Community is a supportive environment dedicated to helping individuals on their recovery journey. We are looking for two responsible and compassionate individuals to serve as House Dads for our men's transitional living facility. - Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of incidents, maintenance issues, chore completion, and other relevant activities. Provide regular reports to management.
- Household Supply Monitoring: Ensure common household supplies are stocked and notify management when they need to be replenished.
- Enforce Facility Rules: Ensure residents follow all facility rules, such as curfews and cleanliness, offering reminders when necessary and escalating ongoing issues to management.
- Staff Meetings: Attend regular staff meetings to discuss resident progress, facility needs, and operational matters.
