Now Hiring: House Cleaner – Join Our Professional Cleaning Team!
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour - $14 per hour
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our professional cleaning team! Team members meet at our office and travel together in a company vehicle to client homes, where they provide top-quality cleaning services. Cleaning tasks are divided into four key areas: kitchen, bathroom, dusting, and vacuuming, with team members rotating through each function. Once all jobs are completed, the team returns to the office. We are looking for detail oriented, energetic individuals to clean homes with our cleaning teams. We work 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and master all four cleaning functions to ensure thorough, high-quality service.
- Perform efficient and detail-oriented cleaning to maintain our company’s high standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with customers and team members in a respectful and professional manner.
- Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including wearing a backpack vacuum.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
