We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate catering events or special functions as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders when necessary to maintain stock.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Experience in catering events is advantageous but not required.
- A passion for mixology and knowledge of various drink recipes will set you apart as a candidate.
