Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced building technician whose technical and customer relation skills provide exceptional support to our clients in property management and maintenance! Responsibilities include a variety of skilled building maintenance services and frequent contact with customers.
Responsibilities of this role, included but not limited to:
- Faucet repair
- Standard toilet/urinal troubleshooting
- General carpentry
- Tile repairs
- Caulking
- Drywall repair
- Staining, varnishing and painting
- Time clocks adjustment
- Door adjustments
- Interior ballast replacement
- Alarm functions
- Commercial thermostat adjustment
- Requisition & purchase materials
- Ability to proficiently use cell phone, including camera and text
- Communicate site issues with dispatcher and Account Manager
- Other tasks as required
- Must own and safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
- HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
