Job Description
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. This individual will be the point of contact between the law firm and clients. The individual will assist case managers and attorneys in communicating with clients. This individual will communicate clients in order to serve them adequately.
Responsibilities
This is a full time in office position (Monday through Friday 9 am – 6 pm).
Handle communication with clients.
Request documentation from clients as needed.
Communicate with case managers to make sure client files are updated.
Keep records of client interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Help answer phones when not talking to clients.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience supporting a team preferred, but not required
Prior experience preferred but not required
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong organization skills and attention to deal
Must be able to handle pressure of multiple projects and manage time sensitive deadlines
Must be self-starter and take initiative to ensure deadlines are met
Must be be flexible, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm, pleasant demeanor
Familiarity with MacOs and Windows Office
Physical Requirements
Working on a computer
Prolonged periods sitting at desk
Spending time on the phone for an extended period of time
Compensation and Perks : $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience. Compensation determined based on a wide array of factors including skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
