What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer position at The Makery Company?
Job Summary
We are looking for a local videographer to assist us in creating content for The Makery Co. and to assist with client shoots as needed. We shoot around Columbus and you would be expected to travel within the city.
We film both long-form video for YouTube and short-form for social media.
Within this role we are looking for someone who is able to film "on-the-go". This role is considered to be a "2nd shooter" for behind-the-scenes content.
Shoot session are scheduled more than a week in advance and are typically 4 hr sessions.
This is a great opportunity to learn and gain exposure to various industry and styles of shooting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Canon Mirrorless Cameras (Supplied by us)
- Adjust and monitor audio during filming
- Showing up to shoots on time
*You will not be responsible for any file management or directing!
