They will enter data from source documents using established standards and maintain data entry goals & requirements by following proper procedures. The specialist will verify data by performing quality assurance measures, maintain operations by following policies, maintains customer confidence & protects operations by complying with data integrity & adhering to security protocols. Duties Include
- Organize paperwork after entering data and file in correct areas
- Retrieve data from the databases or electronic files as requested
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Typing in data provided by the clients
- Verify data to be accurate with the clients
- Update existing data
- Compiling, verifying data, and sorting information to prepare for data entry
- Review data for errors and correct any incorrect data entry
