Position Summary:
The Mall at Millenia, Orlando Florida is seeking an experience Guest Service professional to assist in leading the Concierge team. A minimum of one to two years of Guest Service/Retail or Hospitality experience is a must.
The position requires great communication skills, fiscal responsibility with foreign currency exchange and detailed completion of daily sales reporting. The position is responsible for ensuring adherence to policy and procedures according to the standard of The Forbes Company. Position reports to the Guest Experience Manager.
Guest Services Supervisor Job Accountabilities
1. Staff
a. Hiring, training, coaching and counseling of all Guest Services Ambassadors
b. Ensure employees are adhering to Company policy and procedures
c. Ensure Guest Service level of expectation is exceeded
d. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Concierge and Foreign Currency Exchange including but not limited to guest relations, merchant relations, inventory control and financial controls
e. Respond to situations that may require disciplinary action
f. Maintaining staff schedule to fits the needs of business
2. Interact with Marketing Department
a. Manage Tourism Marketing initiatives as they relate to the Guest Services Department
b. Assist with the execution of special events and programs
3. Financial
a. Daily balance and month end balance of all financial paperwork
b. Maintenance of inventory as it relates to Concierge supplies, Foreign Currency
Skills required:
· Hospitality/Guest Services skills
· Front line sales supervision experience
· Sales reporting and reconciliation
· Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Higher
Compensation:
$20 an hour Full-Time
