EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE :
The role of the Club Attendant is integral to maintaining a welcoming and efficient clubhouse environment. The primary purpose of this position is to support the daily operations of the facility and its events and ensure high-quality experience for all residents and guests. As a Club Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with event coordination, and contribute to a clean and well-organized facility.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to anticipate the needs of the clubhouse and its patrons. By fostering a positive atmosphere and upholding the standards of our organization, the Club Attendant plays a key role in enhancing member satisfaction and promoting a vibrant community space.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide excellent customer care by guiding residents to facility activities and classes, finding answers to questions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
- Serves as an assistant to management with facility operations and the conduct of day-to-day operations, activities, classes, and special events.
- Assists management with the opening, closing, and monitoring of the facility, and provides a professional staff presence.
- Relays messages between reception desk and management.
- Assists in the set-up and breakdown of special events and community meetings.
- Answers facility questions and telephone inquiries. Serves as public relations representatives to facility management, Management Company, and Board of Directors.
- Keeps accurate records and monitors facility supply inventory. Submits supply requests to manager to maintain current inventory.
- Accompanies new and prospective residents on facility tours.
- Ensures that the Clubhouse remains safe, equipment is used properly, and that residents follow facility policies. Areas include fitness center, aquatics facility, bocce ball courts, pickleball complex, and all other areas of the Clubhouse.
- Notifies facility management of worn or damaged equipment and any other maintenance needs.
- Ensures the general goodwill to the community.
- Performs related duties as required or assigned.
