Title: Maintenance Specialist
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $23-25/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Maintenance Services Division (MSD). The Maintenance Specialist will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and activities, including quality control inspections, tenant rekeys, parts ordering, parts delivery, and maintaining the organization of the shop and parking areas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections on turnovers to ensure property standards are met by technicians and vendors.
- Perform periodic quality control inspections on completed service calls, providing feedback to the General Manager.
- Process work orders for rekeying units as required.
- Manage parts ordering and deliver parts to properties as needed.
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts on vans and stockroom.
- Coordinate equipment needs at site locations, vans, stockroom, and the shop.
