Were seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Clerk to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role plays a key part in the daily flow of mail, packages, and supplies within the organization, supporting the smooth operation of our office environment.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, part-time work in a supportive and structured setting. Please note: this is a long-term, part-time role with a stable schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and packages
- Process and manage outgoing packages in accordance with shipping partner regulations
- Enter and maintain postage billing accounts
- Scan and upload invoice images to internal systems
- Operate basic office equipment including printers, copiers, and postage meters
- Purchase and stock office and kitchen supplies
- Maintain organized supply storage areas
- Prepare monthly office supply inventory and cost tracking reports
- Perform daily delivery runs to the Post Office and bank
- Assist the Accounting Operations Manager with other clerical duties as needed
What You Bring:
