Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement effective business strategies.
- Manage and enhance financial performance, including budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple property owners, providing strategic guidance on property goals.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of rental rates and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in multisite property management.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on client relations.
- Knowledge of Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
