What We Offer :
Competitive Pay : $23-$25 / hour $50 leasing commission per signed lease.
Company Vehicle : TMG-branded vehicle provided for property tours.
Comprehensive Benefits :

What You’ll Do :
Collaborate with the Relocation Manager and Director of Leasing to support leasing efforts.
Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
Tailor property tours to prospective renters’ needs, achieving a 40% leasing conversion rate.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move-in gifts.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the company.
Drive safely and responsibly; a clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last seven years is required.
