Job description
Part-Time Administrative Assistant in a small outpatient mental health group practice. We are looking for someone who will excel in fostering positive client relationships. A background in insurance terminology helpful. Prior experience working in medical/dental office is desirable. Some duties include: greeting clients, obtain insurance information, collecting co-payments, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and entering client data. Strict adherence to HIPPA and respect for confidentiality is an absolute must. Work hours and wages are negotiable.
