Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service
- Maintain information on prices, rates, specials, packages, programs, etc,
- Initiate and complete the End of Day process
- Run all reports to ensure daily balances
- Complete periodic floor walks to ensure Guest and Staff safety
- Address any noise complaints and follow through with guests
- Handle and follow through on all guest requests daily during scheduled shifts
- Create and export various logs and reports to be distributed daily
- Have a working knowledge of security procedures.

Qualifications:
- Entry-level position, all applicants welcome.
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Maintain the ability to work without direct supervision
- Proficient in basic computer and math skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
