Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of service and efficiency within our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. This position will also include waiting tables & will include tips.
Duties
- Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining financial integrity.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for sales transactions and reporting.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
- Conduct regular assessments of team performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
