The Mann House Assisted Living & Memory Care is currently seeking a Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for two of our beautiful Assisted Living & Memory Care communities located in both Sandy Springs & Cumming, GA. We are looking for candidates with outgoing personalities, who are cheerful, enthusiastic, and have a passion for working with seniors.

As a Sales Director, this person would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community referral sources and helping prospective residents to solve their problems / concerns. Qualified candidates must be well organized, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should have previous computer and CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

The Director of Community Relations is responsible for meeting pre-lease goals, achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects to residents.
May spend as much as 75% of time on travel to referral sources in the market area.
May be required to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
Calls with family members and customers are subject to quality control monitoring.

Qualifications

College degree preferred.

Five years of sales / marketing experience with a proven track record.

Excellent customer service and public relations skills.

Cheerful personality.

Keen desire to serve seniors.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Creative approach to goals and problems.

Experience working with seniors.

Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.

Physically able to bend and reach, push and pull, and lift up to 40-50 pounds if necessary.

Physically able to stand for extended periods of time.

Spends at least 30% of time on travel to referral sources in the market area.

Background, criminal, and drug tests may be required.

May be asked to submit to random drug tests during employment.
