Our talented staff of more than 650 professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions.
Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for an experienced Bridge Engineer to assist with our projects in our Monroe, MI office!
Key Responsibilities
- General understanding of bridge design, bridge inspection, and retaining wall design
- Planning, development, and completion of other related structural engineering tasks will be required, conforming to standard MDOT practices.
- Project assignments that will be primarily located in Michigan with additional out of state assignments possible
- Preparing bridge layouts, material quantity calculations, and construction specs of all bridge types.
- Checking on drawings from drafters, and designers for quality / deficiencies.
- Coordination with other engineering and technical staff.
- Experience with project management including coordination with clients.
