Functions within a classroom and clinical learning environment to obtain training as a Certified Nursing Assistant. While in the clinical learning environment, will provide basic patient care under direction and supervision of clinical educator and nursing staff.
During clinical rotation you will:
- Learn how to perform duties such taking vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens and other duties within the scope of practice as directed.
- You will be instructed on how to obtain information on patients condition.
- You will learn how to identify change of condition and how to report it to the nursing staff.
- At the end of the training, employees will be tested and certified in the state of Missouri. You will also be eligible to test for your Certified Nursing Assistant License.

- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Is available for work on a consistent and timely basis
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks
