What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at The Marble Center?
Seeking an employee to help in our fast paced environment. You will be asked to answer phones, work with clients via telephone and work with clients in person.
A positive attitude, organizational skills and efficiency are a must. The ability to multi-task and move back and forth between tasks is required. Our focus is on our customers and making sure they have a positive experience.
Learning our stone and bidding software will be part of this position. Experience in Word and Excel very helpful.
Must be 18 or over. Customer service experience preferred.
