Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patient’s homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in-facility care to their own homes. We're looking for a PRN COTA that is interested in providing services to our patients' with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Duties Include:
Assists OT with screenings, assessments and occupational therapy services.
Follows and implements documented plan of care.
Assists the OT during assessments with formal documentation.
Prepares therapy materials and/or equipment for use in the classroom and therapy activities.
Requirements:
COTA license
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Home Health care experience (preferred)
