Position Description
Acting on behalf of and in the best interest of The Marian Group, or any subsidiary thereof, the Asset Manager leads all aspects of developments from construction completion, lease-up/stabilization, asset management and disposition. Asset Manager is responsible for mitigating project risk by making sure projects stay on schedule, within budget, recognizing/providing solutions, and elevating extraordinary project circumstances to the Director.
Responsibilities
· Represent the interest of the Owner to achieve the set forth goals and objectives for each project in construction to disposition
· Assist Development with lease up schedule and credit delivery; collaborates with property management to coordinate lease-up mobilization and property management resources to ensure lease up schedules are achieved
· Liaise and coordinate with third party stakeholders to satisfy capital installment conditions.
· Ensures all applicable reporting requirements and submissions are met (carry over, cost certification, 8609, audits, etc.)
· Ensures benchmarks are met for each project in accordance with contractual documents
· Assist Director with setting expectations for each asset and carry out expectations with property management (occupancy, budget, maintenance, cash flow projections)
· Provides periodic reporting to Director on each asset
· Analyze assets in portfolio and make recommendations for areas of improvement with accompanying execution plan
· Engage, build, and maintain partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
· Assist with project closing due diligence
· Provides oversight on all closing and construction draw packages
· Responsibilities include but are not limited to and may change or adapt with limited or no notice
Skills and Qualifications

· Preferred housing credit or comparable affordable housing industry experience
· Organization, planning and communication skills
· College degree or equivalent experience in a related field required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
