What You’ll Do as an STNA :
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nurses
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Help with mealtime assistance and ensure proper nutrition
Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Offer compassionate support and companionship to residents
Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure top-quality care
Qualifications :
Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification in Ohio
Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
