Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance : Provide support to policyholders by answering questions, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on policy details, claims, and coverage options.
- Policy Management : Assist customers with managing and updating their insurance policies, including changes to coverage, payment options, and personal details.
- Claims Support : Provide guidance through the claims process, ensuring that claims are submitted accurately and efficiently and providing status updates to customers.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and industry regulations to effectively assist customers.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Data Entry : Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and updates in the system for future reference and to maintain accurate records.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to meet customer needs and contribute to sales targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance : Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
